The hotel provided a great breakfast spread, and the room was spotlessly clean! the location was very convenient, as it was close to public transportation, making it easy for me to get around.
When I arrived, they had trouble locating my reservation, which caused some confusion and delay. once the issue was resolved, the staff was apologetic and accommodating.

Free parking was provided to the guests. An excellent home base for exploring Karatu. Next to the airport, 12 miles: D

The rooms here have a simple design inside. It's super easy to get to Lake Manyara Airport, which is only a 25-minute drive away. 🚗

The hotel has a breathtaking view overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The staff was accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to make a special occasion unforgettable. The exclusive bar and pool area were lit with torches creating a relaxing ambiance under the beautifully decorated canopy. The hotel provided locally produced musical instruments accompanied by 10 street performers in costumes, singing, dancing, and performing acrobatic stunts. The full moon added to the elegance of the night.
We were accommodated only for one night, and we had to find another hotel on the second night. It was inconvenient and put our travel plans into question.

The location of the hotel offers a mesmerizing view of the surrounding area, with a hilltop position that provides a magnificent and unforgettable sight. the pool area is stunningly decorated, creating a romantic and special atmosphere celebrating birthdays or other special occasions. the hotel manager, Leila, went above and beyond to surprise guests, making them feel like royalty and ensuring an unforgettable experience.
There was a confusion with the hotel bookings, which led to the guests being asked to move to another hotel for the second night.
